Centuries of Art & Exchange
Built in 1620 during a golden age of French art and architecture by André Le Nôtre and Louis XIV’s royal squire, Château des Joncherets has long been a place of opulent gatherings, creativity, and cultural exchange.
In 2024, Kate and Paul Mery de Bellegarde began a three-year restoration journey, reimagining the château one floor at a time. Each year is dedicated to the renewal of a single level, allowing for thoughtful, immersive collaboration among designers, artisans, artists, and material partners from around the world.
